Appointment Confirmation Policy

Our booking system requires all clients to confirm appointments by entering their credit or debit card details.  This is a security measure put in place to protect small businesses against business loss from late cancellations and no shows.  Your information is stored safely and securely, and we do not have access to the details you enter here.  If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the appointment start time, or do not show up for your appointment, our system will automatically apply the relevant fee.

Cancellation + No Show Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment start time will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value. No Shows (failing to show up for your appointment) incur a fee of 100% of your booking value. Please ensure you provide us with the required notice to avoid unwanted fees.

Late Arrival Policy

Life happens, traffic sucks and parking can be a nightmare! We’ve all been there, so we do allow a grace period of up to 10 minutes for late arrivals.

Please note, however, that if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to downgrade your treatment to make up for lost time. If you are more than 25 minutes late, and we cannot get in contact with you, your appointment will be marked as a No Show and our booking system will apply the relevant fee.

Infection and Fungus

If you are experiencing lifting, discolouration, flaking of your nails or any other signs of infection, please respect our staff + other clients by cancelling your appointment and consulting your healthcare professional. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client with a suspected fungus or nail infection.

Allergies and Injuries

Please ensure any allergies, sensitivities or injuries are disclosed to our staff before AND on arrival to your appointment so that we can make the necessary modifications to look after you.

Right to Refuse

Our establishment has the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately with our staff, or can pose a threat to our business.

Health and Saftey

The safety of our staff and clients is our utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious infection, we recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better. You may be asked to wear masks or get your temperature tested.

Complimentary Fixes
If you are ever dissatisfied with any service in the salon we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within 3 days of your original services. No refund is given after it has been rendered.
– Extensions, gel and BIAB polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 business days after your appointment; excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first 5 days, please call us to schedule a free repair.

Repairs must be arranged within 3 days of notification to the salon to be considered complimentary fixes. Repairs after 5 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks without notifications are $10+ each. 

Please remember, that nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails, which will look beautiful for weeks after your service.

However, we would be glad to fix them for you. Must be called in within 24-48 hours after initial service and schedule an appointment for a nail fix within 2 days.
